We Rep STEM supports, amplifies, and celebrates underrepresented groups across all STEM fields by highlighting accomplishments and by reporting on current events and academic studies relating to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) — or a lack thereof.

We want to expand our video and editorial offerings by recruiting and training a diverse and talented team of writers, editors, and designers who are passionate about STEM and DEI. Often, minorities who are involved with DEI are expected to donate their time and effort. We Rep STEM strives to lead by example by fully compensating contributors for their important work.

• Fund website maintenance
• Support new diversity, equity and inclusion features, partnerships, and initiatives
